The project is aimed at comprehensive modernization of an existing production line for high-speed railway wheels in order to increase productivity, improve process stability, and enhance the overall level of automation.
The solution is implemented using a project integration approach and covers the entire modernization cycle — from assessment of the current production environment to commissioning of the upgraded line for industrial operation.

As part of the project, a joint engineering team is established with the customer. A technical audit of the existing equipment is performed, followed by the development of a modernization concept based on production requirements and target performance indicators.
The project then proceeds to the design of technological solutions, equipment supply and installation, coordination of suppliers, integration of new equipment and assemblies into the existing infrastructure, and modification of the control system software.
The final stage includes commissioning of the modernized production line, fine-tuning of all technological processes, and bringing the equipment to a stable operating mode.
