Robotic Welding Complex for the R7-78 Tank

The robotic welding complex is designed for the automated welding of components used in the production of the R7-78 tank, ensuring a stable and fully controlled manufacturing process.

The solution is intended for manufacturers of storage tanks and pressure vessel equipment requiring consistent weld quality, increased productivity, and reduced dependence on manual labor in the fabrication of steel structures.

The complex is based on a Fanuc ARC Mate 120iC/12L industrial welding robot equipped with automated MIG/MAG welding technology. The robotic cell is optimized for large-volume structures and provides high positioning accuracy, uniform weld formation, and process stability throughout all stages of production.

The complex can operate as a standalone robotic cell or be integrated into existing production lines, ensuring flexibility and scalability of the manufacturing process.
